Unboxing my experience
The hotel's location is superb, making exploration a breeze. Rooms are clean and bask in natural light. Breakfast is decent, yet service can be slow, even with few guests around. Be prepared for some noise from nearby nightlife—it can be quite lively! Worth checking if you appreciate a vibrant area.

where do I even begin? the toilet in my room didn't flush well, and having no hairdryer as described was a disaster. you'd think a hotel charging €150 per night would have basic amenities! and, honestly, i nearly gave a good review but just couldn't after experiencing such negligence and having to wait for every little thing—absolutley unacceptable.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored fishing in Doonbeg and enjoyed the beautiful sandy beaches in Lahinch. The location is really convenient for outdoor activities. The Cruises bar is a must-visit for a taste of local charm and friendly vibes. Just be aware that the entrance can be tricky to find.
The biggest downside was the noise from the nightclub across the street. it kept us up late. the lack of air conditioning made the room feel stuffy.

I enjoyed the vibe of the hotel being situated right in the center of everything. The coffee shop and restaurant below offered some great meals. My room felt comfortable overall, with cleanliness evident and some nice touches. I had trouble with the shower pressure. it was quite low, making showering less enjoyable. Opening the windows for fresh air wasn't an option either since the noise from the nightclub made it impossible to relax after a long day. The night porter had an unfriendly demeanor during my return late one evening, which added to the discomfort of not getting easy access back into the hotel. I appreciated the history of the building, but a few updates couldn't hurt. The place has potential, but the combination of noise and access issues dampened the experience a bit.

Couple suitable for a decent stay
The staff were quite welcoming when we arrived, offering us some complimentary drinks which made us feel appreciated. The room had this excellent soaking tub that was truly a highlight after a long day.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but it was still bearable.

I stayed here for a short visit to see the Ennis Friary nearby, and I appreciated the historical charm of the building and the proximity to the town's attractions. Having convenient access to a coffee shop and bar in the hotel made for easy meals, and I found the area lively with traditional music just down the street, which I enjoyed. the noise from the nightclub was quite loud, making it difficult to relax later in the evening after a long day of exploring.

This place suits me perfectly. It has free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. I fondly remember how the staff treated my elderly parents with kindness during our first stay. I’m coming back for a business trip.

The bed in Room 104 was quite comfortable, and the spacious walk-in shower was a pleasant surprise. An on-site restaurant offers traditional food, and breakfast options are affordable, making it easy to grab a bite without leaving the premises.
Noise from the nightclub was a major distraction, especially late at night, making sleeping a challenge. Some rooms lacked essential amenities like hairdryers, and cleanliness left much to be desired, with reports of unvacuumed floors and inadequate bathroom cleaning. The hotel’s layout can be awkward, requiring a trek through the café to access reception. low water pressure in the showers was noted, impacting the overall experience.

The room was a nice size and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the spacious shower, which was a great way to unwind after my day. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore everything Ennis has to offer. I also want to highlight Kevin from the security team, who was incredibly friendly and helpful when I faced an issue during my stay.
Some reception staff were not very accommodating.
